Whether it's a 5k, half-marathon or even an ultra distance event, we can prepare a bespoke plan over a set time period that gets you in the best possible place to meet your goals and enjoy them too. This can include self-guided sessions, being coached by Jon on the local paths and trails or a combination of both to suit you. We can also provide pacing strategies and advice on nutrition specific to your event.
