Get Stronger Cycling
Our coaching will allow you to take your cycling to a new level. Each programme starts with baseline testing to measure your FTP, set up your heart rate (and/or power) training zones and provide you with a 6-week training plan to follow either at home or in our Wattbike studio through coached sessions. We also offer weekly communication to keep your training inline with your work-life balance.
